Return policy

  1. An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery
  2. Return is not applicable for fabric orders unless it has physical damage or incorrect item is delivered. Do not cut the fabric. The fabric must be in the original cut length. If it is cut, it cannot be returned.
  3. The product(s) may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt under the following circumstances
  4. Item is damaged/defective
  5. Incorrect item delivered
  6. We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, get in touch with us within 3days of receiving your order with pictures at support@kngclothcraft.com with the order details and reason for return, and we will take care of the rest.
  7. Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.
  8. Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address.

    If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns / exchange / replacement request. SALE products are final sale only unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.

  9. The products must be returned in its original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag has to be present. The product folding has to be intact.
  10. Reverse pickup is available for damaged / defective items / incorrect item for selected Pin codes.
  11. Refund / exchange will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team. Refund amount/ Exchange will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.
  12. All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
  13. International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.
